On 14 Aug 2019, Housing and Urban Development Investment Joint Stock Company HUD8 announced Board Resolution No. 143/NQ-HĐQT as follows:
The dividend payment in cash of 2018:
  • Exercise rate: 10% (shareholders receive VND 1,000 for every share they own)
  • Record date: 16/09/2019
  • Exercise date: 16/10/2019
  • Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
+ For undeposited shares: Finance Accounting Department of the Company, residence No. 02, lot TT-B, Office area, Xuan Phuong Garden Housing and Public services, Phuong Canh ward, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi working days from 16/10/2019.
