The Board resolution dated June 11, 2019, Truong Thinh Energy Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Quang Chung as Chairman of BOD.
2. Approving the appointment of Mr. Dinh Xuan Hoang as Chairman of BOD.
3. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Cong Thanh as Deputy Chief Executive Officer cum Chief Accountant.
4. Approving the appointment of Mr. Hoang Huu Dien as Deputy Chief Executive Officer cum Chief Accountant.
5. Approving the selection of CPA Vietnam Com Ltd as the auditor for the financial statements in 2019.
