PDN: Board approves the documents of the capital increase

According to the resolution dated May 21, 2019, the Board of Directors of Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company reviewed and approved the documents of stock issuance to increase capital from the owner’s equity, as follows:

-       Report on the stock issuance;

-       Decision of the general meeting of shareholders on the plan for stock issuance to increase capital from the owner’s equity;

-       The plan for stock issuance to increase capital from the owner’s equity;

-       Board resolution on the plan for stock issuance to increase capital from the owner’s equity;

-       The audited financial statements in 2018;

-       Other related documents.
