On May 20, 2019, Hoa Sen Group announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 161,500 shares

-   Number of registered shares to buy: 41,600 shares

-   Purpose: to repurchase shares to make its treasury shares.

-   Expected trading period: from May 29, 2019 to June 27, 2019.

-   Trading method: to transfer rights vis the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).

-   Purchase price: VND10,000/share.
