JVC: JVC signs a contract with a related company

On March 31, 2019, the Board of Directors of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company approved the signing and implementation of two sales and purchase agreements between Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company and Kyoto Medical Science (the company that JVC owns 100% of charter capital).
