HSG: BOD resolution on stock dividend payment On February 28, 2019, the Board of Directors of Hoa Sen Group approved to pay stock dividend for the fiscal year 2017 – 2018 as follows:
- Stock name: Hoa Sen Group
- Stock code: HSG
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: 10,000 dongs
- Exercise ratio: 10%
- Record date: expected in April 2019
- Ending period: before June 30, 2019
- Payment method: shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 100 right will be entitled to have 10 new shares.
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example: At the record date, the shareholder A owns 101 shares. With 10% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 101/100 * 10 = 10.1 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receive 10 new shares, the fractional shares of 0.1 will be cancelled.
