On March 19, 2019, Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) received the public offering certificate No.18/GCN-UBCK dated March 12, 2019 by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam regarding the public offering in SaigonBank (SGB) with the following documents:

-       Public offering certificate;

-       Announcement of public offering certificate;

-       Prospectus of public offering of VietinBank in SGB.
