VID: Record date for 2017 stock dividend payment

On November 12, 2018, Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation announces the record date for 2017 stock dividend payment as follows:

-       Record date: November 27, 2018

1. Reason & Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2017.
2. Content:

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-       For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 1,234 shares. With 10% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 1,234 * 10% = 123.4 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 123 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.4 will be cancelled.

-       Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation.
