VAF: Resolution on the dividend payment

1. The Board of Directors approved to pay for the first phase of 2018 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  December 05, 2018

-          Payment date: December 21, 2018

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/share)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company.

2. The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Van Hong Son as Deputy CEO as from November 14, 2018.
