On July 18, 2018, HOSE issued Decision No.261/QD-SGDHCM to allow VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (securities code: VPB) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 1,497,403,415 shares

-        Additional volume: 925,649,857 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND9,256,498,570,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 2,423,053,272 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND24,230,532,720,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: July 20, 2018

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to increase the equity.
