TNA: Board approves to invest in a subsidiary

On July 06, 2018, the Board of Directors of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation (TNA) approved to contribute VND54,400,000,000 into Thien Nam Education Investment Corporation, accounting for 68% of Thien Nam Education Investment Corporation. The time of capital contribution will be from September 30, 2018.

The Board assigned Mr. Nguyen Quang Hoa as the representative managing the stake of VND54,400,000,000 at Thien Nam Education Investment Corporation.
