KSA: Notice of delisting shares on HOSE

On July 23, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.976/TB-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Binh Thuan Mineral Industry Joint Stock Company (KSA):

-          Number of shares delisted : 93,427,360 shares

-          Value of shares delisted     : VND934,273,600,000

-          The stock KSS is delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.264/QD-SGDHCM dated July 23, 2018.

-          Reason: because of the serious violation of disclosure obligations of the listed firm and to protect the interests of investors as defined at Point 1.11 - Article 26 of the Listing Regulation on Hochiminh Stock Exchange promulgated with Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

-          Effective delisting date: August 02, 2018

-          Last trading date: May 16, 2018
