On February 07, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No. 147/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date for stock swap of Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company (BCI):

-          Stock code: BCI

-          Record date: February 26, 2018

-          Purpose: for stock swap

-          Swap ratio: 1:1.4 (Those who own 01 BCI share will receive 1.4 KDH shares.)

-          The exchanged shares will be rounded, the fractional share will be cancelled.

-          Delisting date on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange: February 23, 2018

-          Last trading date on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange: February 22, 2018

As from February 26, 2018, BCI share will not be valid for trading and transfer on the market.
