CII: CII announces business result in 2014 and dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company approved important issues as follows:

1)     Business result in 2014:

-         Profit after tax of parent company in 2014 was VND236 billion

-         Consolidated profit after tax of in 2014 was VND510 billion

-         Profit after tax of parent company’s shareholders in 2014 was VND380 billion, increasing 63.90% compared to plan for 2014 and increasing 341.86% compared to in 2013.

2)     The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 2014 dividend, which will be submitted to the 2015 AGM:

-         Dividend pay-out ratio:   14%/ par value

-         The 2014 AGM approved to pay for the 2014 dividend with dividend pay-out ratio 12%/ par value:

• Payment date: expected on March 16, 2015.

-         If the 2015 AGM approves to pay 14% for the 2014 dividend, CII will be pay 2% more.
