On August 30, 2012, HOSE had Decision No.126/2012/QD-SGDHCM to allow Taicera Enterprise Company to list additional shares on the Ho Chinh Minh Stock exchange as follows:

-         Stock symbol: TCR             

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Par value: VND10,000 / share

-         Additional volume: 558,662 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND5,586,620,000.

-         Effective date of the listing license: September 04, 2012.
