According to Decision No.279/2012/QD-HDQT and No.280/2012/QD-HDQT Viky Plastic Joint Stock Company (stock code: VKP) announced the personnel change as follows:

• Mr. Nguyen Vinh Quang will not hold the position of Director of VIKY PLASTIC Co. as from April 16, 2012.
• Appointing Mr. Nguyen Minh Son as Director and Legal Representative as from April 16, 2012.
