MDB allowed to have License revised

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam issued Decision No. 619/QĐ-NHNN on April 4 to revise the License of the Mekong Development Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (MDB).

Accordingly, the SBV Governor approved the revision of Item C of Article 1 of its Decision No. 181/QĐ-NHNN dated September 12, 1992 and Article 4 of its License No. 0022/NH-GP  dated September 12, 1992 to bring its charter capital up to VND 3,750 billion.

Moreover, the SBV Governor allows the MDB to do domestic factoring and factoring for export and import to be added to Article 2 of Decision No. 181/QĐ-NHNN dated September 12, 1992.

The Decision took effect on the date of signing and is an integral part of Decision No. 181/QĐ-NHNN dated September 12, 1992 and License No. 0022/NH-GP  dated September 12, 1992.
