Khanh Hoi Import Export Joint Stock Company (stock code: KHA) has announced the result of share buyback as follows:

-         Number of treasury shares before trading: 951,870 shares.

-         Number of shares registered to buy back: 400,000 shares.

-         Bought volume: 400,000 shares.

-         Number of treasury shares after trading: 1,351,870 shares.

-         Trading period: from January 10, 2012 to April 10, 2012.

-         Purpose: To increase value to shareholders.

-         Trading method: Order matching.

-         Capital resources: From capital surplus and undistributed profit until December 31,2011.
