HCMC branch of Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank allowed to conduct debt trading
The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 103/QĐ-NHNN on February 2, 2012 to revise the License of Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) Branch of Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank.
Accordingly, the SBV Governor has allowed this branch to add debt trading to Article III of its License No.02/NH-GP dated April 1, 1992.
The HCMC Branch of Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank is responsible for conducting added operation in line with applicable regulations.
This Decision took effect on the date of signing and is an integral part of its License No.02/NH-GP dated April 1, 1992.
