Binh Minh Plastics Joint-stock Company (BMP: BMPLASCO) has informed of offering preferred shares in 2009 as follows:

* Volume: 321,540 shares

* Par value: VND10,000/share (3% of chartered capital on 10th June 2006)

* Stock type: Common shares which are restricted to transfer till end of 2011.

* Issuing price: VND15,000/share

* Objects: Board of Management, employees of the Northern Binh Minh Plastics one-member limited company (subsidiary with 100% capital of BMPLASCO) who are given rights of buying shares under the regulations of the company.

* Implementation time: August 2009
