Ba Ria-Vung Tau boats set for Indonesian fishing contract

A hundred Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province fishing boats will be fishing in Indonesian waters by early next year under a new contract with a company represented in the island nation.

Some 1,500 crew members will man the ships contracted by Binh Minh Co., according to representatives at a meeting about the plan in the southern town of Vung Tau Wednesday.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the provincial People’s Committee, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Binh Minh Co., Ltd.
